Understanding tango music is fundamental to creating an elegant dance. At TangoSpace we develop your knowledge of the variety of tango music from traditional to newer genres. Each style offers unique dances and new meaning to the movements and modes of tango explored in classes. - TangoSpace is a community of dancers in Perth, Western Australia, one of the most isolated cities in the world. TangoSpace is a place to jam your tango. Come along with an idea or concept you wish to explore. Take your time discovering nuances in the lead and follow. Try new ideas, try new embellishments. When lights are turned low - jam it - work out how to integrate it within your dance. Most of all - have fun. All are welcome at TangoSpace. We aim to cultivate a friendly and productive learning environment. Any information you provide us will be kept in the strictest confidence. If you wish to receive TangoSpace emails please contact us at tangospace@westnet.com.au and we will place you on our mailing list. You may at any stage opt out by securing your withdrawal by email. All courses at TangoSpace run for one hour. The cost is $120.00 for six weeks. Student discount applies with a current Student ID card: $80 for six weeks. Please bring cash to the first class. No refunds will be offered. Included within this price is a practice session (practica) after the class where Antonio and Leanne will be available for questions and clarifications.
